My specialty is home financing for purchase and refinance. I am networked and versed in an extremely wide array of financing options to help clients solve their home financing needs. How it works
Everything starts with a conversation. We talk about goals, motivations and life situations and work our way through whatever concerns or questions that arise up front. We may run some scenarios or even dive into some financing simulations to make sure what we are looking to accomplish has a possibility of becoming a reality. The point is to establish goals with respect to time frame, payment per month, purchase price and total cash out-of-pocket, to name a few.
From there, we do a full financial interview. We take a deep dive into your credit, assets, income, obligations and liabilities, looking to flesh out any obstacles we may need to overcome. Then, we get the file built in our system and start running loan scenarios to find the best option to meet a client’s goals. We walk through real world simulations to make sure every client understands the path to closing the loan.
The next step is documentation. We gather whatever we will need to underwrite the loan upfront, often times pre-underwriting the file right then and there. This provides the concrete surety of my pre-approvals that our realtor partners know us for. It also sets us up to move FAST once a deal has been confirmed.
Wrapping up, we loop in the realtor by providing an incredible level of transparency, so we are all on the same page; working towards the same goals and issuing a fully documented pre-approval. Then, we help you shop! We are available 7 days a week to help our clients and realtors work on offers and prepare deals.
